Rimu House Swimming Sports

On Friday Rimu went to Memorial Park pools for swimming. We all walked to the pools. when we arrived we got changed in to our togs. The teacher explained the events and marshalled the year 7 girls first for 25m freestyle.

I did all the events. I got a first place in all of them except for the under water race with Mr Mossop.

The hightlight of the day was when me and my class won the class relay it was really fun.
A memory I would keep from swimming sports would be wining most of my events.
This is me doing the under water race.

This is me doing the 1000 meter swim.
On thursday me and my sister went to bay wave to do our 1000 meter swim for homework. We were part of a swim club last year we puled out because we got bord of it, but when we stopped swimming we found out the we got un fit. so this year we are trying to start again but there are no room for us at the moment so we have to wait about a month or two to get in to the swimming club .
