One  day a man want out for a walt when he got back there was a big hippo is his house. The hippo had run right in to the house and made a big hole. The man went to get some leves for the hippo to eat. The big hippo saw the leves and opened his huge mouth.   

Teenager Problems

One thing that teenagers face would be smoking, 16000 people have stopped smoking since 2007 witch was 8% of the total smokers.

Quaggas became instinct because people would hunt them for there skin and meat. The meat was eaten and the skin was used as sacks for farmers. also they didn't have enough grass to feed on.

What I learnt about the periodic table was that it is a table that has all the elements on earth. The elements are put in groups by how they act. There are 118 elements. Every thing on earth is made by a mixture of some of the element.  Some of the element are very dangers and you cannot touch them.

Penicillin

Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin. Penicillin was discovered in the year 1928 it is an antibiotic. it was the first antibiotic. It was the first medicine that not only treated a disease but actually prevented infection and killed infections that did develop. Without antibiotics infections, even of relatively minor wounds

At camp I did an experiment to see how fast the water flows at in the Ngamuwahine river. For the experiment I needed a tap measure, ping pong ball and a stopwatch. What I needed to do to complet the project was get the tap measure and measure 10 meters down the river. After that I got the ping pong ball and drop it in to the water when I drooped it I started the stopwatch and stopped it once it got the other person holding the other end of the tap. Me and 2 other boy repeated this 3 time and got the average time to see how fast the river was flowing.
