Dog eats $500 im real money

A US man left his dog in his car. The dog found 5 100 dollar notes in the car and ate them all of the money.

The dogs name is Sundance and she had a good feed on her owner Wayne’s money he left in his car.

I think that this is a bit funny but I wouldn't want my dog to eat $500 of my money.

G5. Give your skills to help others: Join a First Aid Club or a surf life saving club or similar.

One of my homework tasks is to give my skills to help others: join a first aid club or a surf life saving club or similar. I have chosen to join a surf life saving club. Well I didn't really need to join one because I was already part of one. My club is Mount Maunganui Surf Life Saving Club which I have been a part of for nearly 8 years; I started when I was five. I really love surf life saving - I train every week day in the summer. My club have two very experienced coaches. The head coach is John Bryant  (aka spindles) who was a national coach for many years; his assistant coach Holly was a world beach sprint champion.
Rookie Lifeguard Program
I am part of a rookie lifeguard program to learn to be a lifeguard. I joined this program late last year and I attend rookie sessions every saturday for 2 hours. The rookie program is made for kids from 12 to 13 years of age wishing to be a surf lifeguard. One or two trained lifeguards will take our group of about 10 people and teach us a variety of subjects such as,  first aid, how to talk with the radios and other things you need to know to be a lifeguard. To be awarded the rookie lifeguard award you have to take part in 4 patrols (on less then 12 hours in total), you also have to complete all rookie lifeguard log books. I am on the same patrol as my big sister Alex who is already a trained lifeguard.
This is me and two of my surf friend at one of our surf life saving Competitions
In this picture i am training for my competitions and to be a lifeguard
This is me doing beach flags at a Competitions
Beach flags is a event where you lie on the sand the starter person will say heds up heads down then the whistle and you run to get a flag

Every year I do ocean athletes this is a surf life saving competition for all of New Zealand it is for under 14s it is a really fun event to compite in have have have so much fun over the years I have done surf life saving.

Home work expectations

Amount
We think that 30-45 minutes every weeknight is a reasonable expectation for homework. Per week that equals approximately 2.5 hours per week of homework.
2 terms = 20 weeks. Every homework task should take you 5 hours to do.

Quality
You need to work on each homework task for at least 2.5 to 5 hours. It should like it was done by a year 8 student. The product you make (if relevant) should look good quality.

Blog Post
- must be at least 2 paragraphs
- has to be punctuated correctly, spell checked and no errors
- you must include which category and task number in your post title so Miss C can sign you off.

Balloon man floats for five miles

A south African has floated 8km with about 200 helium ballons.
The person is named Matt Silver-Vallance he is trying to rais money build a children’s hospital in the city of Johannesburg South Africa.

When he was floating he floated across shark infested waters, past a nuclear power station and close to a busy airport.

When he finery landed he said he was happy to have is feet on the soled ground.

I think it would be fun but scary to be floating in the sky for 8km ove shark infested waters.
