G2. Give to your family: Prepare 3 formal three course meals, including the menu, cooking and presenting, photographs of the meal and feedback from your guests.

On Wednesday I did my home work challenge  G2. Give to your family: Prepare 3 formal three course meals, including the menu, cooking and presenting, photographs of the meal and feedback from your guests. For the entree I had crackers and cheese. I made roast pork, roast potato and roast carrot for the main meal. For dessert I made ice cream, banana and chocolate sauce.
This is the menu
This is a photo of the entree cheese and crackers.

This is me getting ready to put the pork in the oven I sprinkled the seasoning over the pork and rubbed salt and oil into the skin to make crackle.

In this picture I am peeling the carrots and potato.

In the picture I am turning the carrots and potatoes over.

This is what the food looked like after I had served it onto the plate and poured on the gravy.
This is me making the ice-cream and banana for dessert.
This is what the dessert ended out looking like

The feedback from the people who ate the food.
Dad: The roast was cooked really well and the meat was nice, tasty and soft. I also enjoyed the roasted vegetables. I think Hoani was well organised and was impressed how he stayed on task.
Mum: It was very delicious and I loved the roast veges especially the carrots! Hoani enjoyed cooking the meal and presented everything very nicely.
Sophia: good work Hoani it was really yum
Jessica: delicious!
